Use 《Tuner's High》to quickly set up Notung to increase summoning rights and connect to further synchros.
That being said, if you don't have a whirlwind, you'll quickly fill up your hand, so you want to avoid getting killed instantly while increasing your draw with 《Chicken Game》.

Strength

Hiren and Mistral, who would normally never see the light of day, were hired because of Tuner's High. In particular, Mistral is recommended because it has become easier to connect from Blast and Chris to Notung. Hiren's level is too high, so there aren't many scenes where he can be used, so if you feel it's unnecessary, you might want to remove him...
First, set up a notung. If you increase the summoning right and use the effect of "Black Whirlwind" twice, the deployment power will increase at once. Oroshi search and Synchronize with Notung→Hawkjaw effect to revive Notung is a familiar move, so I want to aim for it. Adding Mistral makes it easier to use Crystal Wings, so set it up early to block your opponent.
