This is his Monarch Deck with 《The Winged Dragon of Ra》, famous as a disappointing card, as a trump card. Hit Monarch's bogus draw sauce, collect key parts in your hand, and decide the game with a god blow.

・The Winged Dragon of Ra
This is his deck's trump card role. When summoned normally, his LP disappears in an instant, but he can only produce explosive power. Basically, it is deployed with The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode, and beats with 4000 RBI and God Phoenix while preparing for effects such as negate. It's a bit of an accident card if it just comes in your hand, and if you don't have LP, it's like a god, so pin it. I'd like to build a dedicated deck for this guy that specializes in LP gain (I'm not saying that I will build it).
・ The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode
A monster with a unique summoning condition that by releasing 3 monsters in your field or your opponent's field, it will be summoned to the field of the released monster's controller. Summoning by releasing 3 of your opponent's monsters is powerful, but due to the convenience of using the summoning right, if you put it on your opponent's field during your turn, you can't do much during that turn. Also, by releasing it, you can put "The Winged Dragon of Ra" from his deck or hand into the field with 4000 attack and defense. If you use "Escalation of the Monarchs", you can remove 3 free chain monsters during your opponent's turn.

Tribute personnel for summoning gods. If you pull the Eidos with an idea, you can prepare two Tributes at once and add the Tribute Summon right. Note that the effect sent to Idea's girlfriend GY cannot be activated if Ra is summoned.

Secure the final Tribute for God Summoning. Retsusen can use the opponent's monster as a release agent, and Shingen has the effect of excluding her GY's "King of Monarch" Spell Trap to self-regenerate. By combining Idea, Eidos and these cards, you can secure 3 Tributes.

・ Ehther the Heavenly Monarch
When Tribute Summon succeeds, send a "Monarch King" Spell Trap from the Deck to GY to recruit monsters with specific stats. The recruiting destination is basically "Ehther the Heavenly Monarch", but you can also interfere with "Kuraz the Light Monarch". The most important thing is sending "King of Monarch" Spell Trap to her GY. The first thing you want to aim for is summoning this card.
・《Pantheism of the Monarchs》
I think half of Monarch's strength is in this card. It is a bogus draw card that makes you think so. It's a card exchange type effect, but due to the second half of the effect, it's a mysterious specification that actually increases your hand by 1 card. Whether or not you can hit this card repeatedly in the early stages will change your win rate quite a bit.
・《Chicken Game》, 《Hand Destruction》
I'm sure many of you are wondering, "Why is this in there?", but since it's more prone to accidents than his normal Monarch, cards that allow you to draw are excellent. The former is an excellent card that protects his LP from Kasdam and contributes to his ATK increase when summoning 《The Winged Dragon of Ra》in the worst case, and also protects his LP that has been lost at once by summoning Ra. . After using Ra's effect, his LP will be 100, so unless he's in a hot duel like an anime, if his LP drops below 1000, he won't take much damage unless he breaks it. The latter loses the add, but you can draw while discarding the cards you want to send to GY.

Strength

The exhilarating feeling when you summon Ra and win is an indescribable pleasure. His strength is that he can fight without relying on the worst Ra because his base is his Monarch.

Weakness

Accident factor is higher than his normal Monarch. I actually used ADS to play against Nora, but I think the probability of drawing a god in the first hand》《Pantheism of the Monarchs》. They should be the same number...

Customize

If you remove Ra and draw sources and insert several types of Mega Monarchs, such as 《Domain of the True Monarchs》into the empty slot, it becomes a normal Monarch. Maybe that one is overwhelmingly stronger...
