Trendy these days? imitated the concept of Super Quantum Monarch and incorporated it into his current Monarch.

The concept of moving during the opponent's turn may be a bit backwards, but I think it's going to be pretty cool.

Strength

It probably won't be that much, but it's easier to Tribute Summon on the opponent's turn with Kintele → Blue Layer → Consecutive Attacks.
No, I can do the same thing with Mangen. It might be interesting to combine it with Erebos Assault during the opponent's turn.

Weakness

The high accident rate of Monarch Fates. Personally, it's tough when Monarch monsters don't come in the first hand. There's nothing you can do about it if you're only a lower class!
If he has Kaiwankin Tele, he can search for Monarch by going from Brule SS to Redole AS... but it won't turn out to be a bad one.

Customize

By changing Velor into a rabbit, you can increase the number of candidates for Kintele. Well, it's not much of an advantage due to the nature of Brulee.
It's easier to check the opponent's turn, but recently Veiler is more useful, so it's subtle. Just enough to remember.
