I would like to make it in the form of three Kreis stacks.

I also wonder why the admin of this site doesn't add Monarch as a deck type... Frankly, I would like to add.

You can [Deploy] when you are in GY with yourself or your opponent main. Since it can be activated while in GY, it is a card that can be released when Tribute Summoning the King of Monarch.
