It is a deck that adds a little to the axis of "True Monarch King Advent".
The basic tactic is to continue Tribute Summoning the Monarch while hindering the opponent's development as much as possible.
While fighting, I made it by excluding and bouncing cards so as not to send cards to his GY as much as possible, and not letting the opponent develop.
Looking at the situation at the end of the game when I used this deck, I often had no cards in GY because I could hardly deploy my opponent.

The adoption rate seems to be low, but I personally think his Monarch has the most terrifying effects.
I tried it many times, but I felt that returning two cards to the top of the opponent's deck was a level of strength that would bring the game to an end. Also, being able to return his own GY card can be used plainly.
However, this guy also adopted a pin for the same reason as Grudge Monarch.

Weakness

I think a little more attention to maintaining his Monarch on the field would help his deployment power.
・There are situations where the first turn of the opponent's second attack is empty because it cannot be deployed in the first turn.
Just be aware that there is a slight risk of being one-killed here.

Customize

・Current mainstream Monarch Decks include the Zaborg-Kreis type and the 《Domain of the True Monarchs》type.
If anything, the type that has achieved results in the tournament is the former, so it may be easier for rich people to dig into the environment by researching the Zaborg type.
・After the middle stage, the number of aids may run out and you may be in a tight situation.
In that sense, if there is a way to return Eidos that has been removed to the Deck, you can fight longer.
・You can also consider adopting a greedy pot in terms of recovering physical strength after the middle stage. However, it is important to note that it is easy to tighten your neck if you hold it early.
In that sense, 《The Transmigration Prophecy》is plainly strong. You can also use Deck Bounce yourself, and you can also prevent your opponent from deploying. It also matches the deck's theme of "Don't leave cards in the opponent's GY", so feel free to do whatever you like.
・ If you don't care about Deck theme, Damned is recommended.
