Strength

I wanted to draw 《Black Whirlwind》anyway, so I used it from the main. There aren't many decks that don't use Special Summon in the current environment, so it's okay to start with the main deck.
Also, if the summoning of the BF is destroyed, there will be no BF on the field and you will not be able to Special Summon, so I used libide.
I wrote above that Pinaka can get an ad, but I thought it would be a little late due to the search in the end phase, so I put the pin.
Kochi can also ss from Shura and Xyz, so it's a pin insertion.
Winged Beast's support card, 《Icarus Attack》, is the reason why it Xyzes and syncs, so it's not often that Winged Beast remains on the field? I thought, so I made one.
I think you can choose any number around here.

Weakness

If Whirlwind + High RBI BF does not come, the deployment will be a little slower.
Anyway, let's draw a whirlwind with the draw power of the main character of Yu-Gi-Oh!

Customize

I've included a messenger of the beginning that I haven't seen in other BF Decks.
Triveil, Ptolenova Infinity, Pleiades, Veiler, Moonflower Dragon, etc. have a lot of LIGHT, so I thought that it would be much better than Damned, which would rot in my hand in the second half.
