Hello, this is the first time I'm posting this time.
Actually, I just returned to Yu-Gi-Oh for the first time in half a year, but when I went to a nearby card shop to recover from the half-year blank, the card pool had changed considerably. In particular, feather brooms and putres are quite a tight expense for me, who can always see the bottom of my wallet.
It was the "Monarch" Deck that saved me from such a predicament.

Makes the opponent handicap when summoned. Unlike the above, it is also good that it is not influenced by the field.

Completely blocks monster effects. Since it is A2400D1000, it is the effective range of deep grudges and open rocks. Depending on the opponent, you can get stuck with this one, but there are times when monster effects such as Noids are blocked, so pin it.

New Monarch vassals. Each has its own Special Summon method, and its on-release effect is very strong, so it's the core card of this Deck. As long as there is a Tribute Summoned monster, seal the opponent's Extras. Also, the effect of 3 will allow you to sacrifice 8 Monarch at once.

By the way, the effects of Batfee and Retainers are effects that activate in the hand, so they are not affected by the effect of 《Lose 1 Turn》.
[How to fight]
Basically, you fight while taking adverts by releasing vassals and sending out her monarchs. Also, playing 《Majesty's Fiend》can easily lead to a stalemate, so you can use draws to build up your hand early in the game.

Strength

After all, you can definitely get ads with Tribute Summon. Especially if there are both rock opening and attack, Tribute Summon will not stop, and it is easy to continue to attack the opponent unilaterally. Monarch has a strong impression of accidents, but with the introduction of new cards, I think that possibility has decreased considerably.

Weakness

As you can see in the operation method (*), the Monarch Deck often "cannot move unless the opponent moves".
"Even though I have all the parts, if I put out Monarch now, I'll be destroyed..." It is easy to wear. Especially in the case of the first attack, it is quite often that the turn ends without being able to do anything.
For that reason, I have three stacks of 《Mithra the Thunder Vassal》, but there is still a possibility that such a situation will occur.

The ultimate darkness killer in the Monarch Deck. Batfee is the only darkness in this deck, but it still does a good job. When I fought Dark World and excluded Grapha, it was brain juice lol
☆《Sphere of Chaos》
It's not destroyed by battle once per turn, so it's relatively useful, and the Tribute Summon time effect allows you to search for Wind Monarch vassals, so it's easy to connect to combos. It's not included in the recipe because it's low breakthrough performance on its own, but I think this card is up to the individual as it can be quite interesting if the combo is successfully connected.

I think the reason this card is expensive is because it's cute.
★《Pot of Duality》
Why is it not included in most people who see this recipe? A card that is so easy to enter that you wonder. It is a stable card accident prevention staff, but be careful as the vassal's Special Summon will not be possible in the turn you use the effect.
★ Harpie feather broom
Big problem in 2015. It's really weird that it doesn't fit, but since the Deck concept is "cheap"...
At least put it in Struc...
★ Galaxy Cyclone
A versatile card that can be used twice with one card. One frame of the cyclone is empty.
