Even if card d is drawn, it can be prevented by batfee or consecutive attacks, so I adopted it.
Reppu Monarch is stronger than Grudge Monarch in that it can lock the opponent, but now that deck fusion and search have become easier, the exclusion that can not come back is stronger, and the additional effect of Evil Monarch If you remove the Dark Tribe with , you can also use the effect of excluding the same monster in the Deck on a different dimension monster to compress the Deck and increase the number of follow-ups, so I chose Vengeful Monarch.
It's very strong against decks that rely on GY, but these days it's hard because his deck is quick to deploy from his hand, and because Twister and Snow Rabbit are often used, magic traps are easy to break. It's the current situation
There are times when the King Monarch card is not in play and there are only macros and monsters, so it may be better to load up extras for the time being.
