Playing

The Deck he's using now. I made it as low budget as possible. Therefore, general-purpose XYZ and simple noden are not included.
That doesn't mean you can't win, and you can fight reasonably well with just Synchro.
I have a chain instead of Force Strix, but the basic Force Strix is better.
For the time being, the only tactic you can do is send materials (level 4 BF) to his GY and place Blizzard on top of his Deck to aim for the next turn Notung, but in many ways Force Strix is more convenient.

Strength

Anyway, connect to Notung. If you have Chris or Blast and Pinaka in your opening hand, synchronize them to set up Armored Wings and send a level 4 BF to his GY. Search for Blizzard with Pinaka during the End Phase. Aim for Notung on the next turn.
If the opponent is a hero, I especially want to do the above combo as the first attack. The hero will come out with a dark law with a high probability in the first attack.
All of the above combos can't be done in the second attack after Dark Law has appeared. Even if the above combo doesn't work, if he takes the first attack, I'd like to give him a minimum of GY fertilizer.

Weakness

There are few general-purpose XYZ and interference cards, so there may be times when you feel fragile.
If you want to increase the number of obstruction cards, try changing the frames of Shura and Pinaka Blizzard to Extortion, Torrent Funeral, Destruction Ring, etc.
