Playing

Fight by using Fusion, Ritual, Synchro, Xyz, and Pendulum Summon. It's a deck that is too personal, but I believe it's a strong deck if you put it together properly!
The oracle is essential for setting the P scale and searching for monsters according to the situation! I think 2 terafo search cards would be enough, but I want it in the early stages, so I stack 3.
Ciudad's search is strong. In addition to attack searches, he can also search for Zefra monsters by searching for oracles. It's a Tremis material, but even if it's destroyed, you can still use its search effect, so I think it's a good idea to leave it on the field as a wall.
Zubahn and Butte have excellent removal ability and can be used as rank 4 materials, so both are stacked 3. You can also aim for the search effect by targeting the remaining Shiugo as a wall until the next turn.
Pirika is used to revive monsters that are used as Xyz materials, and together with Fuushi, it is used as a Synchro material for Vulcan. You can bounce the oracle with Vulcan and use the search effect again after the next turn.
Brynak can also be used to search for Nekroz Zefra, so I think it's fine to have two of them.

Strength

Search by Shiugo and Oracle, you can also get El Shaddoll of all attributes with only Zefra monsters, so if you have accumulated extras, you can use Fusion, Synchro, and Xyz depending on the situation.

Weakness

Qliphort doesn't have a turn-by-turn search on D/D, so he's short on cards and he can't do anything against Qliphort due to hand add difference and skidre being used. Let's put a cyclone on the side.

Customize

If you don't have Exar, Naga, or Wendy, that's fine. I'm just using all kinds of his Zefra monsters because of my own preferences. However, he wants Zefra, which has a slightly more powerful effect (laughs). Synchro is a little too much, so I think you can increase Xyz a little.
