At the time of President Akaba's first Duel, the question that everyone must have thought at least once was, "Why did you do the President's Ritual Summon?" There are speculations that it might have something to do with the four dimensions in later story developments, but I don't think that's related. It's a duelist's nature to want to perform rituals when it comes to Fusion, Synchro, and Xyz. So, it's his deck with Demis in DD.
The method of spinning is the same as a normal DD, and it feels like dropping a monster to GY and deploying it with Temujin, or using Pendulum.
Demis has three routes: ☆4×2, ☆5+☆3, and ☆8. It's not a "Dark Contract", but let's use the Abyssal Contract to perform a DD-like ritual summon. His ATK, which is the neck of Demis, is where you want to cover with 《Dark Contract with the Witch》or holy spear.

This effect allows you to search for Demis and Hell Armageddon. Hell Armageddon can be searched even at the gates of hell, so basically Demis may be the only choice. 《Transmodify》was adopted as a method to drop to GY. Send Octros to GY and Special Summon Lilith and Cerberus. Lilith's effect can also be activated, and compatibility should be good as it is.
