It will be a deck with added elements (with the bullet train).
I've been using it regularly for about two years now, and I feel that it's gradually getting stronger with the enhancement of Rank 4 Xyz and the 2-card system of Honest.
Also, the high-priced card, 《Thunder Sea Horse》, which has been a bottleneck until now, has become easier to obtain as it is a rarity collection reprint. Please note that extras will be expensive as always. I don't think the main course will take much...
Now let's take a look at how each card and Deck moves.

Strength

An ideal move early on is to squeeze Watt into the hand with Kyouken, Cardcar, and Seahorse. For the time being, I would like to add Watt Cobra as a priority.
In the case of the first move, rather than forcing the wall monster to stand up, I think it would be better to prioritize Halberd's Special Summon and his next Watt's direct attack. Before Halbert, I used 《Kagetokage》, but Halbert is easier to use due to its rich effects and high RBI, and I chose this one because it is easy to take advantage.
Watt's low ATK doesn't hit the abyss, but it's a pain in terms of combat, so let's cover it with Honest and 《Magic Cylinder》. If you survive for the time being, you will be able to set up Rank 4 on the next turn and it will be easier to return, so libido and revive are also useful. Additionally, Watt can often cast Paradios due to his LIGHT, which comes in handy.
In the case of the second attack, pay attention to his special summon limit of Kyouken and Seahorse, and gain advantage with Halbert and level 4 Xyz and search from Cobra Direct Attack.
After all, there is a unique charm that you can ignore the wall monster and give a direct attack. With 2 monsters that can't attack other monsters, you can break locks and leave your opponent's monsters on the field, so 《Ceasefire》, Halbert, and Blackcorn are easy to use.
It is a search target of Cobra, but if there is no Cobra in hand, the second Cobra is insurance. I think giraffe is good when you have it. For the time being, it is recommended to give priority to Cobra.
As for how to use Kirin, his actions after a direct attack are no longer restricted by the opponent (only the opponent can activate), so you can safely activate the effect from Rank 4 Xyz in Main 2. Mostly I aim when I stab the end with a black corn or a gunman. So, if the opponent uses negate effects such as Veiler and Breathle against Kirin, it can be inferred that some kind of summoning reaction type Trap is lying down. Of course, you can also use it to safely activate Revide during your battle phase and beat it afterwards. It's a small detail, but it also has the advantage of avoiding end cycles.
《Magic Cylinder》can also be a trump card. Those of you who lost to 《Magic Cylinder》with sin monsters will understand, but this is a card that should not be underestimated.
Also, like Cylinder, 《Ceasefire》and Ring of Destruction Burn are powerful. Since these are free chains, you may be able to take advantage of the opponent's cyclone, etc., and the former can be a leading firepower for mass deployment themes. The latter has only recently been errataed and made available, but is still a powerful card.
Depending on the deck, his decks like Lightsworn (Judgement and Michael) and Devil Franken that pay his LP cost can be more powerful than usual. It can also be rotten because it can deal damage early. I think that the warning of general-purpose Trap can also be rotten in the second half.
I'm still naive about the selection of extras, but I think there are easy-to-use ones. I want to change it according to the environment around me.

Weakness

《Skill Drain》and 《Vanity's Emptiness》are tough opponents. Psych x 3 and Nagisa, I want to counter with Sentence, but if I can't draw, there's nothing I can do.
I'd like to do my best with card cars, draws with Kyouken, and compression with Watt and Seahorse...
If Dark Row is set up, it's the same as blocking the search effect, so I'd like to deal with it with escape or rank 4.

Customize

If you are interested, you can connect to cobras and giraffes more stably by stacking 《Wattdragonfly》. I think you can enjoy it enough even if you put 《Wattbetta》and make it a synchronous type. Since there is a seahorse, it would be interesting to include the Thunder family. I thought it would be even more disgusting if Black Garden was added.
