What are your thoughts on this regulation?
I think it's still good to reduce the number of prohibited cards and widen the width of the deck, but restricting cards that are hard to obtain, such as Harpie's feather broom, is one of the most popular cards at the moment. It is hard for students to have to change all the decks containing the big storm if they ban the big storm that was once.
However, the most unsatisfying thing about this regulation is the countermeasures against environmental decks.

Ritual Monsters have strict summoning conditions, so it can't be helped that the effect is a little stronger, but why did you make it so that you can use the effect from your hand...

So why restrict mediocrity cards?
There are some decks like my Gourai Seikoku Saphira that are pretty tough without Manjugod and 《Preparation of Rites》.
Ritual Decks are limited to the required cards, and Rituals other than Nekroz continue to decline.
What's the matter with pushing the ritual?

In (2), I said that restricting mediocre cards would cause rituals to decline, but what should have been restricted? I think 《Nekroz of Brionac》and 《Nekroz Kaleidoscope》
Nekroz's rich search, powerful meta performance, quick effect from hand etc...
When all of these are integrated, I think that the above two cards are not a problem even if they are restricted.
If 《Preparation of Rites》and Manjugod are still alive, 《Nekroz of Brionac》can be searched easily, so it works fine depending on the build.
If this is the case, the usage rate of the Ritual Deck will increase without leaving any impact on the Old Ritual Deck.
