I really like decks that don't have general purpose cards like anime, so that's a personal taste.

Strength

Since there are a lot of monsters, it will be easier to deploy in large numbers. In addition, I think it's a strength that it's easy to line up high-powered monsters because you can simulate "Skill Drain" with re-Qliphort.
Overall, there are many over 2000, so one kill is not a dream.

Weakness

You may be able to fight with it, but it's a fan deck, so it's hard to find any general-purpose interference cards.

His best Qliphorts (except for Apokuri) are enough for two cards, so it might be a good idea to put something in there.
Also, I don't really like it because the card goes to his GY, but there is also the option of remodeling the EX for yourself.
