Hello, I'm timo. His Deck this time is a Deck with 《Constellar Twinkle》as the key card.
Since GY's Constellar can be actively removed, I packed a lot of removal cards.
Yu-Gi-Oh Wiki isn't very good at it, but I think it's a card that can do its own unique moves.

Strength

Thanks to Tinkle, his Constellars other than level 4 like Escha and Leonis are easy to use.
By removing the Constellar you want to Special Summon, recovering the Tinkle, and using it as a cost to use DDR, you can use DDR like a no-cost resurrection card. His Constellars that can use effects from Special Summon are Leonis, Sombreth, Kaust, and Escha.

Weakness

It not only returns from exclusion, but also salvages and revives, so depending on the situation, it is necessary to consider whether to exclude or leave it in GY, and it takes some getting used to.
Since it relies on monster effects for deployment and removal, there is a possibility that you will not be able to do anything if you receive a Special Summon seal or effect negate.

Customize

It is also effective to throw in spells and traps for removing locks.
If you change the Lightray monster to adopt, you can make his Deck with a different movement.
