With a Spellbook Deck, you should have no trouble collecting spell counters.
What's more, this card itself is Level 4, so a 4 + 1 Synchro will bring out a Catastur, and a Rank 4 Xyz from Emeral can be called Blue-Eyed.
The reason why Sorcerer is included is because Arcanite Magician comes out with 6+1 synchro.
When using the Spellbook, the Conductor's magic counters are basically overflowing, so let's use it with Arcanite Magician. In some cases, the opponent's field may become a burnt field.

Strength

Weakness

If I had to pull out, it would probably be around Sorcerer, Conductor, and Arcanite Magician.

I don't recommend putting Necro in his deck because he doesn't have many monsters that can be used as beat power.
