It is his Deck that earns an advantage by unleashing appropriate Monarchs while supporting the Monarch support cards that have gradually been enriched with excellent level 4 monsters.
The key cards are continuous attacks and open rocks. If you have these two cards, you can use his Monarch that suits the situation every turn.

Strength

・ Combining technique of row and continuous attack
Also, since extras are basically unnecessary, it can be counted as one of the good points that it can be assembled cheaply.

Weakness

・If the opening rock and the continuous attack are destroyed, the deployment power will be considerably weakened. This recipe is for casual use
・ Immediate reaction to monsters with high ATK is difficult
・If Tribute Summon is negate, it is difficult to recover unless you hold Halbert.
