Playing

Cepslo no action or securing a release to beat with a shell or do his normal Qliphort move.
If you go to Ceps Rothro Xyz, you can draw 3 cards, so I think you can draw the cards you need.
Even if he draws a ceps, he can Normal Summon Qliphort if he has Qliphort less, so he can Tribute Summon Qliphort if he draws.
Thanks to the trampolinks bounce, the disadvantages of Qliphort's P effect can be eliminated to some extent.
Cepslo is great.

Strength

《Soul Drain》is very strong because there are few GY activations.
