Playing

This is the coat of arms deck I use in tournaments.
First, search for the abyss with Trion, then prepare your next move with Chain, Kingle, Plain, etc., and then perform an appropriate Xyz depending on your opponent's actions and his deck tendencies. If the trap is substantial, you can do 3 face down while declaring his spell with the ruler. It can handle a wide range of situations, so there is no such thing as a template. With the enhancement of Rank 4, it has been steadily strengthened.
I will explain some of the cards that are used and those that are not.
○《Heraldry Reborn
I used to have one stack for a long time, but recently I pulled it out. It's a card that can turn around easily, but by the time GY is full of crests, it's often possible to use the crest's own effects, so I decided to cut down the resurrection cards that are difficult to move on the first turn. Advanced is a power card that should be loaded even if you are prepared for an accident, so this one was not adopted.
○《Forbidden Lance
Not only does it simply protect Leo, Abercorn, and Plain from the Pit and Forced Evacuation, it is also one of the few crests that can break through Fergrant. It also has the advantage of being more reliable than Cyclone when the opponent doesn't know his deck. Cyclone was adopted from the side because it is almost impossible to get meta from the main.
○Other Heraldic Beast, 《Augmented Heraldry》, RUM, etc.
All of them are factors of accidents, and we thought that the risks were greater than the benefits that could be obtained, so we decided not to adopt them. Sublimation is slow, RUMs are likely to spoil, and playability is limited, so I don't think it's necessary in the current card pool and environment.
○Things that lurk in the abyss
It can be a meta for Dragon Ruler and AF, but Dragon Ruler can also appear in the hand, and his recent Dragon Ruler often has DDR and Redame, so it's easy to break through. As for AF, there are Shinchi and 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》, and there are many cases where it is not pure AF, so it is difficult to control.
○Regarding the number of 《Maxx "C"
It's okay to have 3, but if you don't have a backing crest that doesn't control monsters, even if you throw a G, it's often scraped off. Therefore, a certain amount of trapping is necessary even in the first hand. In order to prevent G from being duplicated in the hand, and to prevent G from only drawing G, only two copies are used in the main.
○《Swift Scarecrow
In order to solve the above problem, there was a time when I included 3 《Maxx "C"》and 2 Scarecrows. If I threw a G and hit the scarecrow where the opponent was pushing, it was definitely strong. However, it rarely works, and if you leave your opponent's monsters with Scarecrow, it will be difficult for your opponent to reduce his LP on the return turn. Also, if the opponent is a Rank 4 Deck, the ruler's monster declaration will stop the development of crests and the defense of scarecrows. In order not to make the weaknesses obvious, I decided to not rely solely on monster effects and give a slot to Trap. 《Tragoedia》, Goes, etc. are not included for that reason.
○ About the number of unicorns
This is where I am most confused. Plains are strong. However, it is not an environment that is easy to pass through. Bounce, remove, drain, take control, etc. are often removed without being allowed to use the effects of the plane, so you can't rely on the plane.

Strength

If you're not on the meta, there's almost no situation you can't deal with. You can prepare for the next move while Xyz every turn.
Thanks to Trion, it's easier to have a full back when doing the first ruler. When it's my turn to draw, during the standby phase, I can often force the ruler to escape, so if possible, I'd like to have a holy spear as well.

Weakness

G, meta with permanent traps, DD Crow, etc.
If you can't decide the game when a G is thrown, assess the situation whether you should stop immediately or develop to some extent. Permanence can be managed with Chidori, Diamond Wolf, etc., but all of them are based on Xyz, so expect to be meta from the side and stack Cyclone.
DD Crow is unpredictable and pretty tough. Let's play so that you can move even if you are matched so that you will not be matched to higher grades.

Maxx "C"》×1
Koa'ki Meiru Drago and Cycle Leader are AF and his Chronomaly countermeasures. Lightsworn, Bujin, Drago, but also Infernity and Dark World. Dragons that are maintenance costs are Abercorn, Amphys, etc.
Imperial Iron Wall》is for Dragon Ruler. Although it hinders this development a little, it is the most reliable way to stop Dragon Ruler. Also for countermeasures against Naraku and confinement, which I'm not good at. 《The Transmigration Prophecy》is pretty strong, if you chain it to a Special Summon effect you can reduce the number of Dragon Rulers at once.
Cyclone is for the opponent meta, and Veiler is for when you hit an unexpected enemy.
