[Chaos Dragon] was hit hard by the ban on "Future Fusion" and the limits of "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon" and "Chaos Sorcerer". In particular, it's painful that Red-Eyes, which is the key to the development, has been restricted (well, now that I think about it, it's a very easy summon with 2800 RBI and a broken effect, so it's a plausible status to be restricted).
Red-Eyes couldn't be released easily, and until "Tour Guide From the Underworld", the driving force behind Chaos Dragon's breakthrough overseas, came to Japan, it became impossible to easily fertilize GY. We added "Wattaildragon" to incorporate the [Holy] element, making it easier to aim for the rank 6 Xyz Monster summons.

Strength

Below is an example of how to call a rank 6 Xyz Monster.
①When there are monsters only on the opponent's field, Special Summon Topheni from your hand
②Release the field Topheni Dragon and pay “Lightpulsar Dragon” to Tribute Summon
③ Special Summon 《Wattaildragon》from your hand, Deck, and GY with Topheni's effect.
④ Xyz Summon his Rank 6 Xyz Monster with Light Pulser and Watt Tell
This way you can immediately summon his Xyz Monster at Rank 6.
Hieratic Dragon King - Atumus was the usual monster to summon here, but since Red-Eyes has become a restricted card, Atumus' priority is not that high. I think that the ``Inzektor Exa Beetle'', which can actively use the effect of the light pulsar, and the ``Constellar Tremis M7'', which has stable specs, are easier to play an active role.
By the way, in the conventional [Chaos Dragon], it was common to add the Red-Eyes that was removed by the effect of "Eclipse Wyvern" to the hand when summoning the Chaos monster, but in the case of this Deck, if Red-Eyes is removed, " It is faster to aim for an immediate summon with D.D.R. Even if it is destroyed, it can be used again with the effect of Light Pulser, so once you put it on the field, you can fully utilize it even with one copy.

Weakness

Due to the [Lightsworn] element, the rate of monsters is abnormally high.
And half of the monsters are advanced or higher, or are only monsters that are only to be dropped into GY, so the drawback is that there are no combat personnel until the ground preparations are completed. In addition, although "Rescue Rabbit" is a semi-limit because it mainly focuses on high-level monsters, "Evilswarm Ophion", which is easy to summon, and "Steelswarm Roach", which is adopted regardless of his deck genre, are natural enemies.
Also, if he summons Red-Eyes with "Bottomless Trap Hole" and "Dimensional Prison", it will be useless, so be careful with those cards.

Customize

There aren't many dark elements, so I'd like to add low-grade dark monsters. Of course, we are also considering adopting "Sangan", which can search guides, and "Axe Dragonute", a dark dragon that can knock out "Steelswarm Roach", the enemy of advanced monster deployment.
*In the September limit, "Destiny Draw" and "Emergency Teleport" are unlimited.
Therefore, it is also possible to increase his DARK allocation by introducing DARK's "D-HERO Diabolic Guy" and his DARK tuner "Krebons" corresponding to "Emergency Teleport" and increasing the number of Synchro Monster slots. I think it's good.

○『Void Dragon Ogre Dragoon』・・・Since the tuner has Darkness Binding, it can be summoned with a level 6 monster +《Krebons》. There is a condition that it is handless, but it has the same effect as "Shin The Six Samurai - Shien".
The above monsters are "DARK", "Level 5 or higher" and "Dragon", so if they are in GY, they can be revived by the effect of "Lightpulsar Dragon".
