This time, I would like to introduce Stoic Chronomaly, which was fun to spin.
Simply put, it is a Deck that pierces the opponent with a monster that penetrates with ATK 5000 and doubles the battle damage with monsters.
There are 3 main flows
Hyades → Tremys → Gaidra
Omega → Tremys → Guidera
Freezerdon → Cryzero Lancer
With this, Guidera has four Xyz materials. Therefore, Stoic Challenge will increase his ATK by 2400. Also, if you equip the bottom route Cryzero Lancer with Stoic Challenge, he will have a whopping 5500 ATK.
Even with that, the opponent's ATK must be very low to get one kill? No, you don't need to force 8000.
For example, a Gorgonic Guardian at some point will easily shave off 1600 LP. The opponent's maximum ATK is 1800, which is necessary to shave off 6400 with Guidera. By chance, it seems to be possible.
All you have to do is decide on a fork mash combo against opponents with high ATK (I haven't been doing fork mash lately).
… Well, even if you don't think about it deeply, just equip it and hit it, and your opponent will be a bug breath. With Cry Zero Lancer, you can prevent it from being destroyed by the effect of Stoic Challenge (Since Cry Zero Lancer's destruction resistance is a permanent effect, the effect will not be activated in the first place. Therefore, you can ignore the disadvantages of Stoic Challenge.) There are times when it's okay to do it.
It's not uncommon for the opponent to just set monsters, so if I hit Gaidra with a stoic, I won as it was (it actually happened once).

Strength

You can surprise attack with Stoic Challenge.
Even if the stoic challenge does not come, you can fight normally.

Weakness

In the end, it doesn't change that it depends on the opponent's monster. Even though the number of kill patterns has increased, the card consumption does not change, and the stoic challenge is easy to rot.
