The effect of Sylvan is interesting, so I made it.
Send it to the top of his deck with a mountain, Narsus, orc, and more to turn it over. If you don't have Reiho in your hand, you should draw Narsus with him top of the deck. When the GY becomes fat, it will be revived and expanded mainly with herbicides.

Strength

When there are multiple Legias, if you place a monster such as Narsus that can control the deck top before using the flip effect, you can search and draw the next Legia's effect without any problem, and you can activate the effect.
Weed Booster also does not destroy monsters revived by its effect as Xyz materials, so resurrect a lot and Xyz.
The used herbicide can be used again once you leave the field. You can use Arsei's material effect to make it the top of the Deck, declare it as a herb booster with Arsei's 《Archfiend's Oath》, activate it in addition to your hand, and Special Summon the fallen Legia due to Alsei's material effect.
Arsei, Oak, and Legia were also able to simulate herb increase.
In the field, with Alsei material and Legia,
1 Sacred peak, etc., with oak on top
2 Declare with Alsei effect, intentionally miss
3 Orc effect, Alsei material effect and chain are combined.
4 Apply herbicide to deck top after use with Alsei
With 5 Orcs, put any plant monster from GY at the top of the deck.
Draw the herbicide with the flipping effect of 6 legias,
7 Activate herb booster, Special Summon the Legia that fell due to Alsei material effect
There is almost no opportunity to do this because it is difficult to have Alsei material and legia. (smile)

Weakness

I put name reasoning instead of terapho. The probability of getting Reiho in your hand has decreased, but it's easier to get 《Pollinosis》and 《Super Solar Nutrient》that require release.
《Archfiend's Oath》was removed. The reason is that it is not stable without a sacred peak, and there is nothing you can do about pulling this when you are in a pinch.
《Foolish Burial》I was worried, but I pulled it out. The reason is that there was no space to put it in, and due to the construction of this deck, if he didn't have a resurrection card in his hand, he would often just send it to GY, so although there are conditions, put out Ronfa immediately. I prioritized 《Super Solar Nutrient》, whose effect can be activated by pressing it.
