Playing

In Decks that require keycards, everything depends on the keycard.
Let your opponent know how strong the Monarch is while going handicapped with the classic Monarch Deck.
A card that can be handicapped.
1. Flame Monarch Testaros
Even in Monarch, it does not remove monsters and has the effect of handicap + burn.
Don't you think that this card is quite strong when you think that you can get 1 handicap just by Normal Summoning it?
Basically Monarch uses 《Battle Fader》or Treeborn Frog for cost.
Occasionally I also use Goes and Ronintoadin.
2.《Mind Crush》
It's a card that is synonymous with handicap.
Search is unlikely to rot in most environments.
You can draw it with Card Car D etc. It will be slower, but if you can definitely drop the key card,
I think it's a useful card in the second half.
3.《Spiritual Water Art - Aoi》
Looking at the hand cards, I can only say that it is a handicap, the strongest.
However, the cost is a tough thing called monster release.
Of course you can use Treeborn Frog, but you can also use Swap Frog summoned to drop Treeborn Frog into his GY.
Ronintoadin is also a cost sometimes, so if you get 2 cards in your opening hand, it's tough, but strong.
I'm going to fight while handicapped like this.
There are things like Wind Monarch Riser to return him to the top of his deck and delay his combo...
Introducing another card.
1.《Enemy Controller》
Monster release is easy, so you can easily steal opponent's monsters.
The cost is a frog.
Revived Treeborn Frog.
He activates "Enemy Controller" from his hand and steals a monster with a frog as a cost.
Revived Treeborn Frog.
...and so the frog can be revived any number of times.
Monarch with low ATK can also be used to defend the opponent's monsters and make it easier to destroy them in battle.
2.《Swap Frog》
Special Summon Yes, Special Summon the other frogs in your hand to the cost.
You can send 《Treeborn Frog》as well as 《Ronintoadin》to his GY.
After doing Special Summon, you can Normal Summon Monarch.
You can use your hand, but you can forcibly increase the speed by doing this.

Strength

It is easy to secure release factors and cost factors.
Since Goes has been semi-restricted, if Card Car D appears in the first hand, you can fight stably.
The Special Summon meta doesn't stick, and 《Pot of Duality》can be put in.
"Card Car D" often hits Veiler,
You can Xyze with 《Swap Frog》and 《Ronintoadin》, which are possible Special Summons.

Weakness

It's an accident, the attacking card and the defending card are extreme, so if you are biased towards either one, it won't turn.
Frog resurrection is from GY, so be careful about excluding it.
