As the name suggests, it has a recovery effect, but it only responds to the opponent's destruction and is visible, and in today's era of many removal methods, it can be dealt with by bounce or banishment, or this card itself is easy to target.
The passive trigger itself doesn't match the current high-speed environment. Why do you write "other than Link Monster" when it says "summon in defense"? I can see and hide the texture.
It's an advantage that it's easy to search because it's a cybernet, but it's better to adopt a card that can be activated more actively than such a backward-looking guy because it doesn't mesh well with links that have many high-speed deployments.

When a Link Monster is destroyed, he can Special Summon anything other than Link Monsters from GY, but it's not as much as he wants to aim for a suicide attack, but basically it's a deterrent effect and he's ready debugger. If link summoning can create a flow, it would be great.
