Chronomaly itself has a lot of deployment cards, so Tribute Summon itself is not difficult, but in most cases, priority is given to summoning rights to Nebula and Shuttle, so Tribute Summon is not basic.
Moreover, the target that can be caught is only level 5, and the deployment destination is limited to Chronomaly, so what you can do is quite limited.
Even though the conditions are somewhat peculiar, there are some bones that have no restrictions on their level or where they can be deployed.
I think it's a tough card.
