Even with the salvage effect, considering the trouble of sending this card from the field to GY, I really want to finish it with Recycling Batteries. It's an advantage to be able to deal with destruction at the cost of these days, but it's a shame that it's limited to the same name.

It's a little difficult to use, but it's a card that feels quite possible.
There are restrictions on the monsters used as materials, but his main Xyz Monster has no restrictions, so you can pump up the ATK of the Emperor Barian and keep the material 3 Rongo. The material is only level 4 and LIGHT, so I wonder if I can use something like a star factor. Considering the effects of the second half, Thunder, Watt, and Batteryman are reasonable.
Putting H/C and Thunder King Rai-Oh into the star factor, including the extra sword, he's ATK 4000, and Rhongomiant or Roman is immune to card effects every turn.

The first half of the effect is a bit tricky. The second half of the effect is not bad, as it deals with cards that can't be collected with 《Recycling Batteries》, such as 《Thunder Sea Horse》and 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》. You can also activate the effect with 《Magical Hats》etc., so it shouldn't be difficult to activate the effect itself.

However, although the second salvage effect is tied to a card with the same name, being able to collect two cards is powerful.
