Even though it's a high-class monster, I can only deploy monsters in my hand even though I Normal Summoned it. As expected, an effect based on the premise of casting a kaust is out of the question.

It has the same effect as some Seikuri, but this card is the hardest to handle.
There is no level limit, but since it is one of the few level 6 Seikuri, it is difficult to cooperate with most Seikuri.
If you want to connect to X, Kaust is essential.
In other words, it doesn't pay to expand your hand to carry the weight of being an advanced player. The same can be said for Spica.
Currently, there are links that don't depend on levels, but as mentioned above, there are about 3 lower class monsters with similar effects, so I don't think there will be a turn for this guy in the future.

Isn't the effect design too suitable for the advanced level of Seikuri...?
At level 6, there is no level limit, and unlike Spica, it is a strong point that you can use kausts other than the same level seiki.
It's better than Spica, but it's an advanced level that doesn't have a summoning reduction effect, and it's limited to defense positions and limited to summons, so it still poses a number of subtle elements.
