By using it on an opponent's monster to make it Level 4, you can use Tragoedia to discard Level 4 from your hand and take control.
The stolen monster can be used as it is for Rank 4.
After that, is it effective when changing the Synchro Summon destination along with a monster with a low level resurrection effect?
For example, if you have Junk Synchron and a revived level 2 monster, the total level will change depending on which one you use, making it possible to use 5.6.7 properly.

Cards that only consume one card to adjust the level are basically weak.
It can also be used against opponents, so it can be used to the extent of a combo with Tera Byte.

I think it's a card that supports SX by adjusting a card with a halfway level, but it's a delicate consideration to allocate a frame to this card just for the level change, and it's an acclaimed link summoning support. The current one in the middle is one that will be used even more rarely.

A Quick-Play Spell would have raised another point. You can use it against your opponent, but it's pointless if you don't do a combo until the end phase. There is no value in using a single card to assist Synchro Summoning or Xyz Summoning.

It can be used to assist or interfere with Synchro Xyz, but the power of one card is quite insufficient. If you want to support Synchro Xyz, you can put a Level 4 monster from the beginning, and if you want to use it for interference, there is "Star Changer".

A Quick-Play Spell might have gotten a little better. It's reasonably good for inflating Synchro's level, and it's also attractive that there are tons of excellent monsters in Rank 4 Xyz... but there's no need to spend a single slot just for level changes. I guess.
