As a direct attacker, he only has normal level ATK, but that's his Scrap. It has the effect of self-destructing at the end of the battle phase, and it is written that this will lead to the recovery effect in the latter half.
I can appreciate the fact that it doesn't leave your weak stats defenseless during the opponent's turn, but if you're going to attack with this one first, I think it's faster and more efficient to move during the main phase and remove it with Synchro before attacking.
Also, the level is also a problem, and normal Scrap non-tuners can't get Scudler out with this and two bodies, and with a golem it's like a death archfiend.
