The effect itself is not bad, there is no disadvantage, but honestly it is a little difficult to use.
A long time ago, WIND's level 4 tuner was rare, but 《Mist Valley Soldier》was more often used.
Since he's a level 4 tuner, I was happier with Synchro Monster's ATK up for him as a Synchro material.
Can you shine in a Deck with many Synchro Monsters?
