It is good that the defensive power also rises properly.
It's an old card, so I can't say how much it was worth when it first appeared, but I can say with certainty that there's no value in using this card in modern Yu-Gi-Oh. I've never seen this card used in early Duel Links, so I think that's probably what it means.
