As others have said, it's not a tuner, and the fact that it's difficult to Synchro Summon with just Naturia greatly reduces the rating of this card.
Even a single RBI boost can break through monsters that Leodrake's Mane cannot break through, and being able to set up his Link Monsters such as Linkuriboh is a strength.

It's a valuable self-deployment card in Naturia, but the condition is quite high difficulty when his Naturia Synchro Summoning.
Since it's a low level with no turn 1, you can expect a considerable advantage if you prepare for multiple GYs or if you can deploy and use yourself as a synchro material. However, Naturia's low card power is troublesome.
If possible, I wanted it to be a tuner, but now I can think about converting it to a link material while syncing it to the main, and 1000 is a realistic line to aim for strengthening.
After all, the problem is that it is difficult to produce Naturia synchro with Naturia. It's tough if you don't get a rough card like a speeder.
