Comprehensive evaluation: 《Twin Twisters》is generally good.
First of all, the requirements that the opponent has 3 or more cards in his hand and 2 of his spell/trap cards are tough.
In the case of the first hand, there are not many decks that end with only 2 Spell/Trap cards set, and he either goes face down, uses up his hand by deploying monsters, or only has about 1 Spell/Trap face down. There are very few situations where you can use the effect.
Even if you can divide two with one, this is tough, and it's much easier to discard his Fabled with Twin Twisters and aim for a removal.

Being able to destroy two of his Spell Traps with one card is powerful, and perfect for Synchro Exorcism. However, the activation conditions are surprisingly strict, and it is troublesome to put this card on the field. I want to use the summoning right on Kushano as much as possible, so let's just pile up Cyclone.
