The illustrations are amazing. Conversely, the B district is hidden by ice.
After all, just saying you can't do a Special Summon will make any monster weaker, so it's amazing.

Comprehensive evaluation: Even if it takes out without release, an effect is weak.
With 《Kashtira Birth》, you can eliminate the release, but with only one face-down card, no.
It might be better to destroy multiple with 《Photon Wyvern》.
It might be possible to force a set with Anti-Spell Fragrance and destroy it, but it's easier to destroy multiple cards with Photon Wyvern.
