Just giving battle damage with ATK 1000 is very difficult, but the effect raises the level by 1, which is too much to pay.

Since it is necessary to damage the opponent with ATK 1000, it is almost impossible unless the opponent's field is empty. Level 5 monsters such as 《Solar Wind Jammer》and 《Blackwing - Gofu the Vague Shadow》that can pop out with loose conditions appeared, so honestly there is no use for them.
