It's undeniably difficult to use as a general-purpose card because it's bound to Fulmon specifications, which is common in Superheavy Samurai-related cards.
After all, the expansion effect from a normal hand / GY that seems to be everywhere now has restrictions that seem to be originally unnecessary, and it is a monster that has no self-SS ability, and it releases itself on the field and activates it. Since it's a startup effect, I think it's okay if it doesn't leave a good impression.
It doesn't work so well when used in the Superheavy Samurai Deck, but the NS/SS double-sided trigger effect allows you to reuse P-scale warriors who tend to withdraw into the EX Deck, and the deployment effect is a turn. It has a certain value as one of the means to repeatedly use the effect of Iwatooshi without 1.
Overall, I think it's the usual card that comes with VJs, as it's stable enough to be pinned.
