I know what I want to do with the Black Knight deployment to destroy Flice, and replace the Black Knight with removal resistance.

As a unique effect, it has the effect of preventing itself from being destroyed that turn.
It may be reasonably good as a wall, but it's unsatisfactory as a top-level monster's effect. He is an unreliable knight who does not protect his friends (other cards).
Black Knight's effect allows him to Special Summon, but chaining to a non-targeting destruction effect makes him destroyed even if he Special Summons. Therefore, he will only be able to special summon first or become a wall in battle.
Also, a high defensive power doesn't make much sense because of this destruction resistance.
If you want to use the Recruit effect with Black Knight, you'll want to use it, but you probably don't want to include it as a single card.
