Its stats are still the highest among Beast-Warrior's highest-level Normal Monsters, and while it's slightly below 2800, it's still high enough for a top-level monster when it first appeared.
However, at this time, the merits of being a Beast-Warrior were still too few, so it was recorded in the same pack and was used in preference to his higher ATK Trihorn, such as 《Gaia Power》Deck's ace. It was unlikely unless I did it.
The flavor text says that the primitive man has a millennium item, but the OCG world is so vast that there is such a psychedelic primitive man.
