One of the Ritual Monsters designed by Mr. Kazuki Takahashi for the game, and as a dark demon Ritual Monster in the same position, it has a sense of size larger than Devil's Mirror and smaller than Zera.
Its slender and pointed lower body is somewhat reminiscent of Sacrifice and Hellgate Sword, also designed by Kazuki Takahashi.
I'm very curious as to what the intention behind naming this design monster "Chakra".
In terms of performance, there is no effect, and although the level is one different, I can only say that the same dark devil Zera is not there.
In True DM2, he is the leader of his Deck of the White Rose Arc Card Genie Manawizan, and the original monster effect given in the game is the same as the Ritual Spell for ritual summoning this card (Resurrection of Chakra). It is an effect that should be called.
It's a monster that I personally want to expect to be remade someday.

Overall Rating: Better to use another level Ritual Monster.
If the fiend is level 6, Tour Guide From the Underworld will secure the release, and even if it's level 8, Advanced Ritual Art will put a monster of the same level into his GY.
When it comes to level 7, it takes time to combine levels 4 and 3, and his ATK is low even if he puts it out.
