It's not bad at all because it supports reinforcements, but it's slow to remove in combat, and there are similar effects like Bull Blader and Grandmall, which have a wide removal range.
It's not that there are no points of differentiation, such as being able to destroy one-sidedly if you just pass, but there are quite a few ace classes with extreme offense and defense like Rainbow Dragon, and the appearance of Link, which has no defense, is a big headwind.
It will be a tough card with little significance to prioritize.

As long as it's not a card with extremely low defense, it's appealing that it can destroy monsters with high ATK. However, with so many other removal spells out there, there's little reason to use this card, which can make you stand out on your opponent's turn.
